Sun Yaoqing, Senior Operations Manager of Oriental Intelligent Media City, introduced the global outreach services for mini series at Shanghai Oriental Intelligent Media City. Centered on the theme of "Sharing, Wisdom, Vitality," the City plans to establish three major platforms: audio-visual content collaboration, copyright services, and innovation-focused investment and financing. It will also build a dedicated mini series industry service platform, establish a global outreach center, promote industrial agglomeration, and drive the integration of mini series with other industries. The ultimate goal is to use mini series as a pilot to transform Shanghai Oriental Intelligent Media City into a hub for international cultural exchange, a center for the domestic cultural industry, and a launchpad for Chinese consumer brands to go global.

At this sub-venue, Huace Film & Television Group, the Communication University of Zhejiang, and the Tongxiang government signed a cooperation agreement to establish a "Mini Series Community." CRI Online, the Communication University of Zhejiang, and Tongxiang also officially signed an agreement to create the "International Communication + AIGC" Tongxiang Mini Series Innovation Hub, while simultaneously launching the "2025 Tongxiang Mini Series Creation Competition." On the afternoon of June 27, participating guests visited the Communication University of Zhejiang Huace School of Film in Tongxiang and held group discussions on two key themes: "Industry-Education Integration: Building the Mini Series Industry-Education Chain, Talent Chain, and Industrial Chain," and "Breaking the Circle for Global Outreach: Mini Series Empowering County-Level Innovation and Development." These discussions provided an in-depth exchange of views among industry representatives.
